These are the real screens. Each one answers a question you already ask — usually by telephone.
“Which outlet needs me today?”
One screen for every site, scored for the day, with what is unusual pulled to the top instead of buried. It is the first thing you open with a coffee.
“What exactly went wrong?”
Every check, for every outlet, for that day — passed, failed, or not applicable. No hunting through a chat history to work out what was actually looked at.
“Who is fixing it, and by when?”
The corrective action register. A name, a date, and what has actually been done. If something is late, it says so — and it can escalate rather than quietly ageing.
“Where does this end up if nothing changes?”
Where each outlet lands at the current trend, so a slide is a conversation this week rather than a surprise at month-end.
This was not designed from the outside. It was built by Akshay Johny, a Certified Management Accountant in Kerala, out of five years of doing outlet audits and reconciliation by hand — the spreadsheets, the missing figures, the month-end surprises. Every rule in it is one he needed.
