When something looks wrong
The handful of things that surprise people, what each one actually means, and what to do about it.
Sync says it sent everything, but the count does not go down
Some days are waiting for a decision because they were also changed elsewhere. Look for the line on the report screen saying so and press Decide now. See Sync and conflicts.
A site shows as Store 1, Store 2, or as a bare code
Those are the example sites this software ships with, or a site recovered from old data and not yet renamed. On a view-only copy it means the audit team has not published their site list yet — ask them to open Settings and press Upload settings.
A site's figures have disappeared
They have not. If a site is removed from the list, its old figures stay exactly where they are — the column simply stops being shown. Adding a site back with the same code brings them straight back.
The score looks wrong
Click the score on the site card. It shows every check that made it what it is, with the weights. Two things surprise people: N/A rows are excluded entirely, and a blank is not a pass.
A section has vanished from the report
Either it is switched off in Settings ▸ General, or you are looking at MTD or YTD — damage verification and sign-off belong to a single day and hide themselves over a range.
The dashboard says there is no data, but there is
The range is probably narrower than your data is old. The empty state names the most recent day it can see and offers to show everything stored.
